Toowoon Bay, a prestigious apartment complex, enjoys a prime location right across from the beach. Renowned designer Greg Natale has lent his artistic touch to the apartments, infusing them with the timeless beauty of Venetian plaster and an array of gracefully curved design elements, including doors, arches, and ceilings.

The project’s flooring is a testament to its dedication to quality, featuring custom-made terrazzo flooring and the distinctive charm of crazy stone. Given the project’s scale, meticulous attention to detail was indispensable to ensure the seamless integration of all elements, resulting in an exceptional and harmonious living space.

Moreover, these apartments offer breathtaking ocean views, inviting residents to embrace the tranquility of coastal living at its finest.

Rozelle

Our Rozelle project was customized to align with the client’s goal of enhancing their property’s value before putting it on the market. The primary focus was on designing a spacious floor plan to increase natural light in the living and dining areas. 

This involved removing unnecessary walls, raising the ceiling height, and installing a new kitchen with a Talostone benchtop. Additionally, fresh blackbutt flooring was laid throughout the area. By optimizing the space, we were able to add a second bathroom, transforming the property from a one-bathroom home to a two-bathroom residence, significantly impacting its overall value.

The outdoor area was transformed into a radiant sanctuary. An obsolete work shed was converted into a bright and expansive retreat or home office.

“Cremorne House” stands as a contemporary architectural masterpiece nestled in the picturesque lower North Shore suburb. This remarkable home boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering an opulent blend of modern design and luxurious living.

The residence is characterized by a gable pavilion design, artfully interconnected by elegant glass elements. This harmonious union of architectural elements not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also serves a functional purpose. It floods the interior spaces with an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and visually stunning environment. In “Cremorne House,” form and function coalesce to create an exquisite example of modern living.
